Mike is a Certified PGA Professional who turned pro in 1986. His golf background includes playing varsity golf at Gonzaga Prep in high school and Eastern Washington University in college, earning a BA in Philosophy while there . After becoming a golf professional, he served as a PGA
Apprentice at both the Hayden Lake and Walla Walla Country Clubs. His first Head Professional position came at Dominion Meadows, his tenure lasting seven years. On returning to Walla Walla, he worked to open Wildhorse Resort and the Tour Fairways. Mike coached the McLoughlin High School golf teams before coming to WWCC.

Now in his ninth season with the Warriors, Mike has been the NWAACC Coach of the Year three times, has won the Men’s Eastern Division title six times and won the NWAACC Championship in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2008. The women have placed third and were runners-up three times in conference play. Coach Rostollan hopes to continue the Warrior winning tradition, while above all else emphasizing academics, personal integrity and citizenship with his players.
