Warrior Women's Soccer Ready for Action Against Umpqua in NWAC Championships
Walla Walla, WA - The bracket for the 2025 NWAC Women's Soccer Championships is set and the Walla Walla Community College Warriors have their draw. As action begins Wednesday (November 5) across the Pacific Northwest, the Warriors will be in Roseburg, OR for a 1:30 PM matchup against Umpqua Community College. The winner of that match will move on to the second round to face Tacoma on Saturday.
Walla Walla finished the regular season 10-4-4 overall, 7-4-1 in NWAC East play, and 9th in the final NWAC Coaches Poll. That record was good enough for the 3rd place seed in the NWAC East behind Spokane and Columbia Basin. Umpqua Community College enters the NWAC Championships as the 2nd seed from the South Region after finishing the year at 10-4-1 overall and 8-3-1 in the South. With two wins this week, Walla Walla would punch their ticket to the Final Four of the NWAC Championships that will be played November 14-16 at Starfire Stadium in Tukwila, WA.
