Walla Walla Community College’s volleyball team split two Northwest Athletic Conference matches over the weekend in the Dietrich Dome. The Warriors knocked off Wenatchee, 25-15, 25-11, 25-18, on Saturday after suffering a four-game loss to Columbia Basin, 25-22, 25-19, 25-27, 25-22 on Friday.
Ocean Bryan led WWCC with 15 kills in Saturday’s win. Ashlin Orosco added 13 kills, Abbey Schwager had 40 assists, and Hannah Pond upped 15 digs.
Lindsey Carpenter paced Walla Walla on Friday with 17 kills, two blocks and 13 digs. Orosco had 13 kills, Schwager dished out 39 assists, and Pond bumped 20 digs.
