Three Warriors posted double-digit scoring as Walla Walla opened East Region play with a 55-45 victory over the Blue Mountain Timberwolves. Kennedy Corrigan and Paige Vincent led the way with 13 points each and Karli McHone added 12 for WWCC. Hailey Hutchinson was a force underneath the basket as she grabbed 13 rebounds to help Walla Walla to a 66-40 advantage on the boards.
Walla Walla, currently ranked #7 in the NWAC, is now 10-3 overall and 1-0 in the East Region. They will next play on Wednesday, January 14th as they will host Yakima.
