The WWCC women remained unbeaten in East Region play (4-0) with a hard fought 63-57 home victory over the visiting Spokane Sasquatch on Wednesday night in the Dietrich Dome.
Walla Walla used a balanced offensive attack as eight different players got into the scoring column. Paige Vincent led them with 17 points and her eight rebounds were tied with Launia Davis for the team lead.
In a back and forth game, the Warriors pressure defense was able to create 15 Sasquatch turnovers that resulted in 18 Walla Walla points.
The Warriors (13-3, 4-0, ranked #7) will next travel to Moses Lake on Saturday, January 24th for a 2pm match-up with Big Bend.
