Walla Walla Community College lost, 54-51, to Blue Mountain in NWAC East Region women’s basketball action.
Tabitha Wellsandt produced a double-double for the Warriors as Wellsandt scored 12 and grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds. Marquel Greene led the Warrior offense with 14 points.
The Warriors drop out of the top four in the East with a 4-4 East record, 15-6 overall. WWCC will look to bounce back when the Yakima Valley Yaks visit the Dietrich Dome Wednesday.
